Reheating Instructions

Biryani

Stovetop:

  1. Place the biryani in a non-stick pan or a wide, shallow pot.
  2. Add a tablespoon of water or cooking oil to prevent the rice from drying out.
  3. Cover the pan with a lid and heat over low to medium heat for about 10-15 minutes.
  4. Stir occasionally to ensure even heating.

Microwave:

  1. Place a portion in a microwave-safe dish with a tablespoon of water.
  2. Cover and microwave on high for 2-3 minutes, stirring in between.

Oven:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Transfer the biryani to an oven-safe dish and cover it with aluminum foil.
  3. Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until heated through.

Butter Chicken or Paneer

Stovetop:

  1. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the butter chicken or Paneer and a splash of water to prevent sticking.
  3. Stir occasionally until the curry is heated evenly.

Microwave:

  1. Place the butter chicken or Paneer in a microwave-safe dish.
  2. Cover with a microwave-safe lid or damp paper towel.
  3. Heat in 1-minute intervals, stirring in between, until thoroughly heated.
  4. You can also add a splash of water or cream to prevent dryness.

Bread Pudding

Oven:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place the bread pudding in an oven-safe dish and cover with foil.
  3. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the center is warm.

Microwave:

  1. Place a portion of the bread pudding in a microwave-safe dish.
  2. Microwave in 30-second intervals, checking after each interval until it reaches your desired temperature.
